Fulfillment & Production Time Every product is crafted individually upon your order.

• Production/Fulfillment Time: 2 to 4 business days.

• Shipping Time (Belgium & Mainland Europe): 3 to 5 business days after fulfillment. Total estimated delivery time is generally 5 to 9 business days. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order is shipped.

Multiple Shipments (Separate Packages) To ensure the fastest delivery and to reduce our carbon footprint, we utilize a decentralized fulfillment network across Europe. If you order multiple items (e.g., a custom embroidered hoodie and a curated dropshipped item), they may ship from different facilities. Consequently, your order may arrive in separate packages and on different days.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes For all orders shipped within the European Union (EU), no customs duties or import taxes will apply. If you are ordering from outside the EU (e.g., UK, USA), you are responsible for any local customs fees, duties, or taxes incurred upon arrival.
